CHARLESTON, W. Va. -- Belmont Abbey wrapped up a pair of matches in West Virginia Saturday, falling 3-0 (25-22, 25-17, 25-20) to D'Youville in a non-conference tilt hosted by Charleston.

Alex Winiarczyk each tallied five kills to pace the offensive effort.
With the result, the Crusaders fall to 1-5 on the season, while the Saints stand at 1-1 after a pair of season-opening matches Saturday.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Rehmann did not make an error in six chances for an .833 hitting percentage. He also tallied five blocks (one solo, four assists).
- Jack Walsh, making his first appearance of the season, dished out a team-high 14 assists.
- Winiarczyk tallied a team-best five digs, while Matthew Stauskunas added four. Ten different Crusaders tallied at least one dig.
- The Crusaders hit just .053 as a team.
