Kyle Ferguson tallied a career-high 16 kills and
Matteo Miselli and
Riley Mulkey also reached double figures, but Emmanuel rallied for a 3-2 (25-20, 21-25, 15-25, 25-21, 15-13) victory over Belmont Abbey in Conference Carolinas men's volleyball action Tuesday night.
The Crusaders fall to 14-10 overall and 5-6 in league play, while the Lions improve to 11-11, 5-5.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Ferguson also tallied a career-best 28 attempts for a .357 hitting percentage.
- Miselli tallied 12 kills and six digs, while Riley Mulkey added 11 kills against one error in 21 assists (.476).
- Jack Walsh dished out 39 assists, with two aces and three digs.
- Andrew Kohut and Alex Winiarczyk led the defensive effort with eight digs each.
- Belmont Abbey hit .192 as a team, while limiting Emmanuel to .163.
