Andrew Kohut tallied 21 kills and
Matteo Miselli added 17, but King rallied for a 3-2 (24-26, 21-25, 25-20, 25-18, 15-13) victory over Belmont Abbey in Conference Carolinas men's volleyball action Wednesday night.
With the decision, the Crusaders fall to 10-7 overall and 3-3 in league play, while King improves to 6-9, 5-2.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Jack Walsh tallied a career-high 56 assists, tied for the fourth-most in school history, He also added six digs and four kills.
- Daniel Cerqua and Kohut each tallied 10 digs.
- Belmont Abbey hit .241 as a team but only .184 and .111 in the third and fourth sets, respectively.
- Both teams had high percentages in the fifth -- .500 for The Abbey and .563 for the Tornado.
