Sean Halloran scored 21 points to lead four Crusaders in double figures, but a big second half lifted Emmanuel to a 95-89 victory over Belmont Abbey in Conference Carolinas men's basketball action Tuesday night.
The Lions (10-5, 9-2) posted 57 points after intermission, most by an opponent all season against The Abbey (9-8, 7-6).
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Halloran made seven of 11 field-goal attempts, including four of seven from three-point range. He also tallied a team-high six assists.
- Chandler Baker tied his career high with 18 points, while Quest Aldridge added 14 points.
- Bosco Bojovic scored 10 points and grabbed a team-best eight rebounds.
- Charles Soloman also tallied eight boards.Â
- Belmont Abbey shot 56.7 percent from the field and made 11 three-pointers, while Emmanuel shot 46.3 percent.
