Crusaders Earn 7-0 Sweep Over King

Box Score BRISTOL, Tenn. - The Belmont Abbey men's tennis team won all nine of its individual matchups to earn a 7-0 victory at King this afternoon.  It is the second Conference Carolinas opponent The Abbey has shutout this season.  The Crusaders are now 10-10 on the year, with a 4-1 conference mark.  King dipped to 3-4 overall, and 1-3 in conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • The Abbey started off the day by sweeping doubles play, earning 6-3 wins at both #1 and #2 spots
  • Bailey Horne and Kent Shiell both earned 3-set wins in singles play
  • Andres Golindano earned a 6-0, 6-0 shutout, moving his singles record to 7-5 on the year
