BELMONT, N.C. - The Belmont Abbey men's tennis team continued its competition in the ITA Regionals today.  Today's competition consisted of the Round of 16 and the Quarterfinals.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Nelson Stafford had the best day for The Abbey, earning a 3-6, 7-6, 10-5 win over the no. 5 seed in the Round of 16.  He then lost 6-2, 6-3 to the no. 4 seed
• Gabriel Martin made it to the semifinals in the Consolation bracket
• Bailey Horne was also strong, though he lost his match 7-5, 6-1

• Belmont Abbey will finish up its participation in the Regionals tomorrow.
