The win puts The Abbey at 3-1 on the season, with a 2-0 conference record. Coker dipped to 1-2 overall, and 1-2 in conference play
How it Happened
- It only took Baumeier 5:24 into the game to get the Crusaders on the board. She scored two more goals over the next six minutes. The Abbey led 3-0 at the end of the quarter
- Courtney Norris scored her first career goal 4:35 into the second, off a pass from Camrynn Aiello. BAC led 4-2 at halftime
- With four minutes remaining in the third, Lauren Delisi tallied her third goal of the season, on a pass from Samantha Moore
- Baumeier followed up with another goal just a minute later to put the Crusaders in front 6-3 heading into the final period
- Baumeier scored again in the opening minutes of the fourth. Delisi capped off the scoring to give The Abbey the 8-3 victory
- On the day, Baumeier scored five goals, while Delisi scored twice
