The Belmont Abbey men's tennis team closed out the 2014 regular season with a 9-0 loss to the visiting Limestone Saints this afternoon at the Reidy Tennis Center. Belmont Abbey finishes the regular season with a mark of 2-14 overall and 1-7 in league play.

Despite the loss, Belmont Abbey has qualified for the Conference Carolinas Tournament for the first time since the program was restarted in 2010. 

The Crusaders will be the eighth seed and will face the top seeded Mount Olive Trojans in the opening round. That will take place at noon on Friday, April 25 at the Palmetto Tennis Center in Sumter, South Carolina.
