Belmont Abbey senior guard Tyshawn Good has been selected as the NCAA Division II Conference Carolinas Men's Basketball Player of the Week during week three of the 2012 - 2013 Basketball season.

Good led the Abbey to a pair of wins in as many tries, as he averaged 28.5 points, four rebounds and 2.5 steals per game. In the win over Tusculum, he scored 28 points on 8-19 shooting from the floor, including 4-10 from three-point range. He shot 42 percent and also had four rebounds, three steals and an assist.

In the road win at North Georgia, he scored 29 points on 11-17 shooting (64 percent), including five of seven from beyond-the-arc. He also had four rebounds, thee assists and two steals.
