Belmont Abbey junior Lydia Schellenberg hit .476, as her 11 kills tied her for the match high with younger sister Hannah Schellenberg to lead the Crusaders women's volleyball team past Pfeiffer by a 3-0 score tonight in Misenheimer. Set scores were 25-7, 26-24 and 25-17. The win extends the Crusaders winning streak to nine as they improve to 18-3 overall and 10-1 in Conference Carolinas, while Pfeiffer drops to 4-14 overall and 3-7 in Conference Carolinas.

The 18 wins ties the school record for most in a season, which was set by the last two Crusader teams. The 10 Conference Carolinas wins are one shy of tying the school record set two seasons ago.
