The Belmont Abbey volleyball team was swept at Erskine 3-0 this evening in Due West. Set scores were 19-25, 18-25 and 16-25. Erskine moves to 16-11 overall and 11-2 in Conference Carolinas, while the Abbey is now 15-13 overall and 7-7 in Conference Carolinas.

Angela Jubb led the Crusader offense with nine kills. Ginny Eckstine and Lydia Schellenberg both added six kills apiece. Kay Schellenberg handed out 17 assists. Jubb and Julianne Pisano had one service ace apiece.

Defensively, Pisano's seven digs were a team-high, while Eckstine and Kay Schellenberg hand six each. Stefanie Holler totaled three block assists.

Erskine was led by Sandra Campbell's ten kills. Larz Chabra posted 29 assists and seven digs, while Liz Massey finished with ten assists and eight digs. Brooke Dodge led all players with 14 digs.
