The Belmont Abbey volleyball team dropped both of its Saturday matches, losing to Francis Marion 3-1 and falling to Augusta State, 3-0. Set scores for the Francis Marion match were 18-25, 25-21, 25-20 and 25-21. Set scores and statistics for the Augusta State match are not available at this time. The Crusaders are now 8-4 overall.

In the Francis Marion match, the Abbey hit .132 as Lydia Schellenberg led the offense with 13 kills on 29 total attacks with just three errors (.345). She also recorded 16 digs and a pair of service aces. Bria James added nine kills, 16 digs and four block assists. Remick Tiller contributed four kills and ten digs. Kay Schellenberg handed out 31 assists with four digs and a block assist.

Francis Marion was led by Riley Forester and Mallory Eggert, who both knocked down 13 kills. Forrester logged a match-high 26 digs with three service aces. The Patriots hit .233 for the match.
