The Belmont Abbey volleyball team fell to Tusculum 3-0 this afternoon in its third match of the 2008 Catawba Invitational. Game scores were 18-25, 15-25 and 21-25. The Abbey falls to 1-2.

Leanne Cassandra led the Crusaders with eight kills, while Emily Frohnapfel added four and Bria James totaled three. Molly Gwaltney finished with 11 assists, while Rebekah Weber added nine as well as a service ace.

Defensively, Carrie Markham led the way with 12 digs, while James added seven and Megan Watts totaled four.
