The Belmont Abbey volleyball team fell at Lenoir Rhyne by a 3-0 score (25-7, 25-23 and 25-23) Thursday evening at Shuford Memorial Gymnasium in Hickory, N.C.

For Belmont Abbey, Bria James finished with nine kills and 12 digs while Rebekah Weber added 23 assists. Molly Gwatney added 12 assists. Sydney Steffen added seven kills.

Defensively, Emily Frohnapfel posted three blocks and Megan Watts finished with seven digs while Carrie Markham had five.
