KERNERSVILLE, N.C. -- Elizabeth Young earned second-team all-conference honors Friday afternoon by finished ninth overall at the 2025 Conference Carolinas Women's Cross Country Championship at the Ivey Redmond Complex. Young completed the 6k course in a time of 23:49.5
The Crusaders' top five runners combined for 171 points, just three points behind Southern Wesleyan for sixth. North Greenville won the team title with 46 points.
Belmont Abbey returns to action in two weeks at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship, hosted by Wingate.
