TIGERVILLE, S.C. — The Belmont Abbey men's tennis team clinched at least a share of the Northwest Division title with a 7-0 sweep over North Greenville Saturday afternoon at the Vance Tennis Complex.
The Crusaders defeated the Trailblazers for the second time this season and did so by sweeping all nine matches.
Cameron Simpson,
Charlie Fremaux and
Noelle Andrey Ampong all earned wins in both doubles and singles play for the second time in as many days after defeating Lees-McRae Friday.
With Saturday's result, Belmont Abbey is now 18-14 overall and 9-0 in Conference Carolinas play. North Greenville is 11-10 and 5-5 in league play.
