COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Connor Breaman earned all-tournament honors with an eighth-place individual performance, leading Belmont Abbey to the team title at the DO Apparel/Brunswick Collegiate Open. He finished with a three-game score of 683, one pin ahead of
Ethan Collier.
After earning the top seed for bracket play, The Abbey defeated Capital 2-0, The Cumberlands 2-1 and Ohio State 2-1 en route to the championship.
Belmont Abbey's junior varsity teams finished first and second in that competition.
Randy Richeson was the top Crusader on the weekend, placing second overall with a 711 series (205-258-248/237.00 average))
