BELMONT, N.C. — The Belmont Abbey men's tennis team returned to action Wednesday afternoon in a Conference Carolinas contest with North Greenville at the Reidy Tennis Center.
The Crusaders earned the doubles point but it was the Trailblazers who rallied for a 4-3 win over the Abbey.
Nicholas Cary and
Jackson Korta teamed up to win in No. 2 doubles and No. 5 and No. 6 singles for the Crusaders.
Tim Stemler and
Noelle Andrey Ampong won at No. 3 doubles to earn the point for the Abbey.
With Wednesday's result, Belmont Abbey is now 14-16 overall, 3-1 in Conference Carolinas play. North Greenville is now 7-13 overall, 3-4 in the league.
