BELMONT, N.C./YOUNG HARRIS, GA. – The Belmont Abbey women's tennis team had a busy Saturday afternoon competing in three matches across two sites.
The Crusaders earned a victory at home, 5-2, over West Virginia Wesleyan at the Reidy Tennis Center. The team dropped a pair of matches against Young Harris (4-3) and North Georgia (6-1), respectively.
Hannah Farmer won a pair of matches against West Virginia Wesleyan with
Frankee Hendricks,
Alexis Burkhalter and
Lily Aranyos all winning in singles play against Young Harris.
The results move Belmont Abbey to 7-5 overall on the season.
