BRISTOL, TENN. – The Belmont Abbey wrestling team concluded the regular season with a dual match at King Thursday.
The Crusaders won five bouts but it was the Tornado who earned a 25-24 victory.
The match was book ended by pins from
Aaron Zebrauskas (125) and
John Carroll III (285) with
Skyler Caban,
Joe Pesce and
Mason Kump also earning wins.
Belmont Abbey closed the regular season 9-6 overall, 6-2 in the South Atlantic Conference Carolinas standings. King is now 10-7, 6-3, respectively.
