NEWBERRY, S.C. – The Belmont Abbey wrestling team captured their first win of the season earning the 20-16 victory over Newberry. The win is the first for the Crusades over the Wolves in program history.
The Abbey is now 1-1 overall with a 1-0 South Atlantic Conference Carolinas record. Newberry moves to 0-1.
