DURHAM, N.C. -- Cammie Robbiano earned back-to-back titles for the second straight weekend, posting the top spot in the Chapel Hill and Bull City Grand Prix.
On Saturday, Robbiano was able to get into a three-rider break, which was able to stay away on the tough, rolling course with 15 mph sustained winds. She attacked on the final uphill stretch, 1km from the finish, and was able to open a gap for the overall victory. Siobhan Mahoney was able to find herself in the second group on the road and took third in the Women's C race.
The next day, Mahoney attacked the 30-minute criterium race from the start. She was able to limit the field size while Robbiano sat in. When Mahoney tired, Robbiano made a break with three others, then was able to sprint to the line for her second overall win of the weekend. Mahoney was in the second group again and took third in the Women's C field.
