Women's Golf Closes Fall Season With Third Place Finish At Pfeiffer Invitational

The Belmont Abbey women's golf team closed out the fall season with a third place finish at the Pfeiffer Invitational. The Crusaders closed with a 339 after opening with a 346 yesterday.

Sophomore Kaitlyn Gribbon recorded her second top ten finish of the fall and her first top five effort, as she finished alone in fifth with rounds of 77 and 83.

Haley Helton closed with an 83, three shots fewer than yesterday, as she ended up alone in ninth. It is her first top ten finish.

Anne Parlmer rebounded from yesterday's 90 to fire an 84 today to end up alone in 13th. Sarah King posted scores of 93 and 91 to finish alone in 16th and freshman Jamie Treece rallied with an 89 after opening with a 97 to finish alone in 17th.

The Crusaders are now off until February to begin the spring season.
