Abbey Field Hockey Competes at Limestone

GAFFNEY, S.C. - The Belmont Abbey Field Hockey team lost a 8-0 decision at Limestone today.  The setback puts the Crusaders at 3-5 this season, including a 3-3 conference record.  The Saints improve to 7-3 overall, and 4-0 in conference play.

How it Happened

  • Xanthe Rademeyer got the first Abbey penalty corner of the day at the 14 minute mark
  • The penalty corner led to the first Belmont Abbey shot of the day, taken by Camrynn Aiello
  • On the day, the Crusaders took five shots and got two penalty corners
  • Paige Hinds made five saves in goal
