Stewart And Gill Break Their Own School Records At Hillsdale Relays
Dustin Stewart and Tim Gill each improved on school records they established last spring with strong performances at the Hillsdale College "Gina Relays" held in Michigan this past weekend. Stewart & Gill Pace Men's Track & Field At Furman
Dustin Stewart and Tim Gill earned school records and the best overall places at the Furman Invitational held Saturday in Greenville, SC. The Furman Invitational included 24 schools from South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina, with only the host, Furman, being a Division I Program, the remaining programs were Division II, Division III, NAIA, and Junior Colleges.... Gill Establishes New 10,000 meter Mark For Men's Track & Field
Tim Gill placed 11th overall and fourth among non-Division I runners in Friday's Duke Invitational 10000m Run, breaking the previous school record by over three minutes. Gill's time of 32:38.17 bettered the mark held by former Crusader Josh Benore of 35:57 set in 2011.Teammate Darren Balkey was also more than a minute under the old mark when he improved on his personal best by nearly 90 seconds.
