The Ellie Hanover Softball Academy Presents Summer Softball Camp

Softball Eliminated With 5-3 Loss To Coker

The sixth-seeded Belmont Abbey softball team was eliminated from the Conference Carolinas Tournament with a 5-3 loss to the eighth-seeded Coker Cobras this afternoon at Byerly Park in Hartsville, South Carolina. Coker remains alive in the loser's bracket as it improves to 15-24, while the Abbey ends its season with a record of 20-26. The Abbey lost to third-seeded Queens 5-2 in the opening game of the tournament Friday morning.... (more)

Softball Drops Conference Tournament Opener To Queens, 5-2

The sixth-seeded Belmont Abbey softball team dropped its Conference Carolinas Tournament opener to the third-seeded Queens University of Charlotte Royals by a 5-2 score this morning at Byerly Park in Hartsville, South Carolina. Queens advances in the winner's bracket as it improves to 23-23, while the Abbey falls to 20-25. Belmont Abbey will face either Limestone or Coker in an elimination game at 2:00 p.m.... (more)
