Men's Soccer Releases 2013 Spring Schedule

The Belmont Abbey men's soccer team will play four times in the spring of 2013 as it begins preparations for the fall 2013 season. The Crusaders will play their annual spring alumni game on March 16 at 5:00 p.m.... (more)

Men's Soccer Ends Season With 2-1 Loss At Limestone In Conference Tournament Quarterfinal

The seventh-seeded Belmont Abbey men's soccer team was narrowly edged by the second-seeded Limestone College Saints in the quarterfinal round of the 2012 Conference Carolinas Tournament. The Crusaders scored first in the fifth minute, but the Saints scored two unanswered goals, the last coming with under nine minutes left, to advance to the semifinal round as they improve to 11-5-1, while the Abbey ends its season with a mark of 6-10.... Men's Soccer Edged By Pfeiffer, 2-1 In Regular Season Finale

Pfeiffer scored two first half goals around an Abbey strike by Ross Smith as the Falcons closed their season with a 2-1 win over the Crusaders this afternoon at Alumni Field. Pfeiffer picks up its first win of the season as it ends the 2012 campaign with a record of 1-15-2 overall and 1-8-1 in Conference Carolinas, while the Abbey slips to 6-9 overall and 4-6 in Conference Carolinas....
