Sophomore Kirstie Jenkins Was Named Third Team All-Conference

Belmont Abbey sophomore tennis player Kirstie Jenkins was named to the Conference Carolinas third team. Jenkins, from Hillsborough, North Carolina, is the Abbey's first all-conference selection since D'Ondra McGee was named to the Honorable Mention team in 2005.

Jenkins competed at number one singles and doubles, compiling a record of 8-6 at singles and 3-10 at doubles. In singles, she posted set wins of 6-0 four times, and won all but two of her matches that went to three sets.
