Women's Soccer Hosts Mount Olive Monday At 2:00 P.M In Conference Carolinas Tournament Quarterfinal

The Belmont Abbey women's soccer team will open the 2009 Conference Carolinas tournament Monday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. when it hosts the eighth-seeded Mount Olive Trojans at Alumni Field in quarterfinal action.

The Crusaders, which are the top seed and will play at home as long as it remains alive, finished the regular season 11-5 overall and 9-2 in Conference Carolinas, including a 1-0 win at Mount Olive on September 19. Mount Olive finished the regular season 6-9-4 overall and 3-5-3 in Conference Carolinas.

The winner of the Abbey-Mount Olive match will play the winner of the Queens-Lees-McRae match Thursday.
