Belmont Abbey sophomore Brandi Clark scored her first goal of the year and the second of her career, and the Crusaders scored the winning goal on a USC Aiken own goal as the 24th-ranked Abbey women's soccer team moved to 4-0 with a 2-1 win over the Pacers this evening. Men's Soccer Earns First Win With 1-0 Triumph Over Catawba
Belmont Abbey junior midfielder Jack Reid scored the only goal of the match on a penalty kick in the 54th minute, and goalkeeper John Max Bolling stopped a Catawba penalty kick in the 58th minute and stopped a point blank shot with two seconds left as the Crusaders earned a 1-0 win over the visiting Indians this afternoon at Alumni Field.
